Q3.
The washer does not start/function.
- * Is the machine plugged into the appropriate power outlet?
* Has the "Start" button been pressed?
* Are both the hot and cold taps turned on?
* Are either of the fill hoses twisted? If so, untwist them.
* Is the power outlet socket OK?
Try plugging in another appliance to check. Make sure the circuit in the circuit breaker is on for that outlet.
* Are the inlet filters blocked?
* Turn off water taps and electric power supply.
Unscrew the hot and cold water inlet hoses from the back of the machine, and you will see the filters. Pull out the filters with a pair of flat nose pliers. If they are blocked, clean them under a tap. Replace the filters and screw the hoses on again, firmly, but only finger-tight.

Q4.
Poor dirt removal
- - Not enough detergent for load size or degree of dirt.
- White clothes are better washed separate from colored ones.
- Separate lightly and heavily soiled items, as clothes can pick up dirt from dirty washing water.
- Cold water wash is too cold.
- Select the wash temperature according to degree of dirtiness.
For example, blood and mud are better washed in cold water, while oil and grime wash off better in warmer water.
- Overloading the washer
- Wash loads should consist of articles of varying sizes as they will wash better (e.g. a full load of sheets may not wash that well).
- Hard water requires more detergent than soft water.
-
Q5.
Creasing / wrinkle
- - Overloading the washer.
- Do not leave wet clothes to sit in the washer or the laundry basket.
